💼 Role Overview

We are seeking professionals with 3 to 10 years of experience in product design and manufacturing (ideally within the Semiconductor domain) to take end-to-end ownership of mechanical and electromechanical design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Modeling: 3D modeling, complex assembly management, and technical detailing using SolidWorks or Creo.

  • Technical Documentation: Creation of manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and configuration management.

  • Engineering Standards: Application of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and rigorous engineering calculations.

  • Manufacturing Excellence: Implementation of DFM/DFA best practices across machining, sheet metal, welding, and injection molding processes.

  • Lifecycle Management: Handling prototyping, root cause analysis (RCA), and ECO/ECN change management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Electrical, Software, and Manufacturing teams to manage system integration, including sensors, actuators, and wiring.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Core Competency: Strong expertise in mechanical design and product development.

  • CAD Proficiency: Advanced skill in SolidWorks or Creo.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, materials, finishing) and drawing standards.

  • PLM/Systems: Experience with PLM tools (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia, or SAP) and MS Office.

  • Preferred Exposure: Experience with SPM or Semiconductor equipment.

“Good to Have” Skills

  • Experience in the Semiconductor domain.

  • Proficiency in simulation (Thermal, Structural, or Vibration).

  • Knowledge of cleanroom or optical systems.
