Selection Process

DRDO follows a rigorous, merit-based selection process to ensure the highest standard of technical excellence:

Administrative Screening: Initial verification of eligibility based on the application.
Technical Screening: Assessment of professional qualifications and experience.
Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the screening stages will be invited for an in-person interview at the RAC, Delhi.
