Job Positions:
COST ANALYST – BIW (STAMPING TECHNOLOGY)
Strong knowledge of stamping technologies such as Progressive, Transfer, and Tandem with Tier 1 experience in Stamping including Blanking, Piercing, Forming, Trimming, and Restriking.
TECHNO PILOT – AI HPDC
Strong Knowledge of Aluminium, HPDC Process, Suppliers, Die Casting RM, Mahine suppliers and Price information, Experience with OEM or Tier 1 is required.
COST ANALYST – E-POWERTRAIN COSTING
Strong knowledge of E-Powertrain components (E-Motor, Inverter, Controller, Battery Pack, Gearbox, Power Electronics), Benchmarking, and Cost Optimization with Tier 1 is required.
COST ANALYST – SEAT COMMODITY
Strong knowledge of seat components (Seat Frame, Recliner, Slider, Foam, Trim Cover, Headrest, Armrest). Experience with Tier 1 is required.
COST ANALYST – SAFETY COMPONENTS
Knowledge of vehicle safety components (Airbags, Seat Belts, Steering Systems, Crash Structures, ABS/ESC components). Experience with Tier 1 is required.
TECHNO PILOT FORGING & MACHINING
Strong knowledge of Forging Process – Cutting, Heating, Forging, Trimming, Heat treatment, Machining) and Machining Process (Turning, Milling, Drilling, CNC processes) Experience with OEM or Tier 1 is required.
TECHNO PILOT – PLASTICS TECHNOLOGY PILOT
Strong Knowledge of Plastics processing (Injection molding, Blow moulding, Thermoforming, Extrusion). RM, Machines suppliers and Price information, Experience with OEM or Tier 1 required.
COST ANALYST – ELASTOMER INJECTION & SEALING (WEATHERSTRIPS)
Knowledge of Elastomer Injection & Elastomer Profiles, Rubber Automotive part costing including Basic compound, RM Price, Machine Investment information. Experience with Tier 1 is required.
COST ANALYST – ELASTOMER INJECTION & SEALING
Elastomer Injection & Sealing process, Rubber Automotive part costing.
EXHAUST SYSTEM COST ANALYST
Knowledge of exhaust system components (manifold, catalytic converter, muffler, pipes, hangers) Experience with Tier 1 required.
TECHNO PILOT – STAMPING, WELDING & BIW PAINT
Strong Knowledge of Stamping, Welding and Paint Process RM, Machine Suppliers and Price information, Experience with OEM or Tier 1 is required.
