Job Description:
1. Minimum 0 to 1+ years of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or outbound calls)
2. Education Qualification – Min. Intermediate/12th/ PUC / Graduate
3. Good English verbal and written skills required.
4. Preferred candidates with experience in International BPO Industry
5. Provide product and service information to customers.
6. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
7. Respond to customer’s issues on TAT.
8. Graduation Mandatory
9. Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
