Phykon is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join their team – Freshers – Trainee – Customer Support for our Canada – Voice Process.
Shift Timings:
- Hours of Operation:
- Sunday to Thursday: 10:30 AM – 1:00 AM CST
- Friday & Saturday: 10:30 AM – 3:00 AM CST
Successful candidates will undergo a structured training program, as detailed below:
Training Period: All trainees will receive comprehensive Customer Support training for an initial period of 2 weeks. This training will cover all the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the role.
Certification: After the initial training period, trainees will be required to undergo a Certification process.
This phase will last up to a maximum of 4 weeks, during which your understanding and performance will be assessed.
Employment Offer: Upon successful certification, trainees will be offered full-time employment as Customer Support Executives.
