Available Roles:
* CNC Department: Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
* Expertise in CNC machine (Especially – Fanuc, Makino, Jyoti, LMW, BFW, Brothers)
* Hands-on experience in SPM machines is mandatory
* Hands-on experience in precision manufacturing industry
* Hands-on experience in geometrical accuracy test, handling spindles, ball screw, servo motors
* Ability to align machine axes, machine levelling, correct backlash and vibration issues
* SCADA: Electrical/Mechatronics
* SCADA Programming
* Specific Hardware knowledge
* SCADA Programming: Logic modification, program customization on need basis
* GLUE: Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
* Understanding off glueing machines, glue temperature variation, viscosities, cure timing
* Application of nozzle & precise calibration technique
* Understanding on glue flow, pressure etc
