We all like to have white sugar in our food everyday. White sugar is sweet, delicious, tastes good and also a very dangerous concentrated sweetener. This white sugar is a refined carbohydrate technically classified as a drug. It takes four pancreases to process the white sugar. But Humans have only one pancreas.
White sugar stresses the pancreas, kidneys, liver, starves the brain of oxygen, causes adrenal weakness, baldness, attention deficits, blindness, tooth decay, high blood pressure, allergies, bone loss, infertility, cataracts, glaucoma, nerve damage, brain damage, hyperactivity, and arthritis.
White sugar also causes cellular waste to congest the soft issue and bones, requires large amounts of water to flush it out the system. Moreover, white sugar is one of the addicting and harmful drug used.
